When you have to depend on someone else all the time, you are a slave of their existence. As a man who will do his best to please clients, customers, or anyone, the stress of maintaining it is exhausting. There is no sense of independence and fixed schedule to do whatever you want to do since there must be an alignment of preferences that must be met. Other than being a puppy, it is also expected for a job like a recruiter to do everything in place to avoid frustration or dissatisfaction with service from customers. The comeback might be worth it when talking about money, but the level of stress is also life-draining. A person who aspires to be a recruiter must accumulate positive thinking as much as he can before exhausting them during work.

The more you are productive, the more you will earn respect from the company, which gives you an upper hand among other recruiters. Promotion is easily attained when taking advantage of every situation, as a recruiter, for there is a need to be wiser and break the rules sometimes of having an angel-like attitude. Being pretentious is expected already as being a puppy to serve them, as you will learn how to adjust from that reality to your personal life.

How can you work if there are no people to serve with? That is the most difficult part, rather than thinking about the pressure of having many clienteles. It is better to experience pressure than having pressure at all. Giving the best quality of service may help you keep the job even if there are no available customers, as the boss will only retain those who have the potential ability to contribute more to the company. A job may hear bad reactions, comments, or hurtful complaints, but all these are anticipated already as you deal with different types of personalities. This type of job only suits extroverted individuals with a flexible personality, a person who can take insults or discrimination without breaking down into depression.

There may be compliments or celebrations of success in every achievement, but you will see that these are all a facade to mitigate the negative impacts of the job on your individuality. More emotional damage is dealt with than relief as you continue to maintain the job for a living. Some skilled workers are more likely able to deflect easily negative vibrations in the job when they are accustomed to the environment and the nature of work. There is no need for them to dramatize a common little issue when it is daily encountered by them. The advantage of recruitment work is the possibility of earning a higher salary than jobs with a fixed rate.
